Taking a tip from Maciek, I clicked down on the wheel within an Excel cell to get the navigation arrows to appear, moved the screen a little and clicked the arrows I had tried entering an exception first, but that did not work. I went to Start, Control Panel, Mouse, Wheel and clicked on "Office 97 Emulation" and that fixed it. Excel Mouse Scroll It's even working fine in the other Office 2007 apps, so this is not a hardware or driver problem.

It's not the same as the old Excel 2003 behavior, but close. Are your Ink Cartridges low? Ask a Question usually answered within minutes! It would only zoom with the wheel, unless I held in the Ctrl key.
