I know they did an update on Smarthub, but not the other.. Now the TV just says no signal. i've tried factory reset (through "hit exit button for 30 sec") and prior to that, i tried the "unplug it from the wall for 10 min. & plug sources back in Please enter a valid email address.

I thought I would need to try to get warranty service for a hardware failure but now it sounds like we need a fixed firmware update!
