It was all working fine. This site isn’t even used for SBS but the SSL is applied to it for some reason and it causes this error. I was called because OWA stopped working and Entourage clients could no longer connect... I add the site (https://remote.yourdomainname.com/remote) as a trusted site in Internet Explorer so I can install the activex control to connect to the network.
The answer is yes. It literally rebuilds the virtual directories and sets all the permissions to their defaults and is usually 1st on the list rather than last resort. I had to reboot because mail was getting held up at my 3rd party spam company. If I did it, it should say cert2011 or something similar.

So after editing bindings for the SBS site, edit the https 443 binding... Does it go to https://192.168.1.95/owa or is it something different? Run the following commands Remove-OWAVirtualDirectory -Identity "Owa (SBS Web Applications)" -Confirm:$false Remove-OWAVirtualDirectory -Identity "Exadmin (SBS Web Applications)" -Confirm:$false Remove-OWAVirtualDirectory -Identity "Exchange (SBS Web Applications)" -Confirm:$false Remove-OWAVirtualDirectory -Identity "Exchweb (SBS Web Applications)" Not sure why its throwing the extra owa in there. Remove the SSL 443 entry.
In the bindings? Right-click SBS Web Applications again and go to Manage Web Site Start.
