I transferred my settings and documents and for now I'm done. To enter safe mode turn your computer on from a cold start. Any help would be appreciated. Also I reinstalled my laptop so i cant do a system restore.

It just disappears. I would just like this issue solved due to the nature of monitor profile issues which can ruin many users’ monitors if left on too long.
