I change it back to outlook 2007 and then it works. This text is added by the sendmail.dll file included in Windows and cannot be disabled. Altering the search parameters some I came upon a helpful, but not perfect Microsoft page and an Outlook Tips page. The paths will be different. Outlook 2010 was set as the default client and all attempts at sending emails resulted in Outlook opening except for Send To> Mail Recipient.
