Every time I tried to connect it to my laptop, it was dinging like a new USB device was connected, but I couldn't see anything in "My Computer". Sansa Clip+ thanks a ton…!!! Works! I tried all the above nothing helps all the other companies usb devices work.
If the media player still freezes up, you're problem is much larger.
